JCT is an all-in-one farm management platform. This guide walks you through setting up your farm, managing inventory, running market-day POS, publishing your farm website, and connecting with local restaurants.
Quick start
- Create your account at jct.farm/signup
- Add your farm profile — name, location, and market schedule
- Create your first field and log a planting
- Add products to inventory with prices and units
- Enable your farm website from Settings → Website
Fields & crops
Each field can have multiple plantings across seasons. Track variety, planting date, expected harvest, and actual yield. Use the field journal for daily notes, weather, and pest observations with photo attachments.
Farmers markets
Create a market profile for each location you sell at. Before market day, select which products you're bringing — JCT adjusts available inventory automatically. Use the built-in POS on a tablet or phone; sales sync back to your central inventory in real time.
Restaurant network
Available on Grower and Harvest plans. When you have surplus, mark quantities and set a price. Nearby restaurants in the JCT network receive notifications and can submit offers. Accept an offer to generate an invoice automatically.
