By using JCT Farm Management, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You may not use JCT to violate any law, infringe others' rights, transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
You retain ownership of the farm data you enter into JCT. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service to you.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible via our status page.
JCT is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, JCT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
